| I would like to take this time to say hello to all who visits this page. I want to share with you a wonderful poem that my youngest sister wrote for and about our beautiful mom. I never knew that my little sister was such a lovely writer. She took the time to write what our mother gave to each of her children. I would like to dedicate this page to my wonderful talented and loving baby sister who misses our mother very much. I LUV YA BUNCHES BABE |
| Mom What you taught will never be forgot You gave us life and the strength to live. You watched us grow, as we did you, following each example that you lived through. Life was hard but the love came easy. The lessons you gave each and every day will stay with us along our way. We question not why you have to go, We're just glad the women we got to know. Each of us has a part of you, that, no matter what life may hold will get us through. Some have your courage and others have your soft heart. While some have that forgiving nature to turn the other cheek. A few have that temper we've seen come through, never knowing what to expect or just what to do. Remembering the good times when you laughed and you danced. Remembering the way you and dad had romance. The love that lived between you for 48 years, knowing full well you wanted to be there. Though your body is gone your spirit lives on, The vessel that we all knew as "Our Mom" You can never be taken, can never be gone, you'll never be far I know this down deep, you'll be with us even as we sleep. You had a plan as a young girl, You saw our dad and made him your world, You saw in him the children you'd have. That girl carried that plan through 48 years of laughing and crying and so many tears. You would never give up, you fought for what we had! You worked side by side with that man breaking your back. Your body you damaged over the years with neglect and torment and again so many tears. The lessons you taught us are now being passed on from your children to your grandchildren. We will miss you mama, but know that we are strong because through each one of us you do go on. You do get to have another dawn. We love and miss you Mom Your loving husband, Leo Your children Leo Paul, Marie, Leola, Lee, Sandy, Linda. Your grandchildren and your Great-grandchildren. And the many you adopted with your love. |
